Omaha Adult Entertainment: Iowa rapist gets 140 years in Neb.
Douglas County District Judge Thomas Otepka sentenced Todd Mills to 110 to 140 years in prison for the rapes of two women — one seven-months pregnant, the other a prostitute in Omaha. In addition to those rapes, Mills has been named in connection with the sexual assaults of five women, mostly prostitutes, in Pottawattamie County.

There, he raped her at gunpoint, then took off in his car leaving her naked, her clothes in a wad nearby. In the other case, Mills approached a 47-year-old prostitute on Park Avenue in Omaha. He drove her to an alley near 17th and Leavenworth Streets and raped her with a gun pressed to her temple. He then took off, leaving her naked in the alley. Mills faces similar accusations in Pottawattamie County. There, he is accused of driving prostitutes from Omaha to secluded gravel roads, raping them at gunpoint and leaving them behind.
