Serial Rapist Linked to Cases In 2 States
Omaha, NE – 45-year-old Todd Mills appeared in court Friday afternoon on eight criminal counts, accused of two violent sexual assaults. At the same time, Pottawatamie County linking Mills with a separate sexual assault in Council Bluffs, adding two more criminal counts.
This afternoon, Mills appeared for the first time for allegedly raping two women in Omaha. In the most recent case, investigators say Mills forced a woman into a car at gunpoint at 24th and Spencer, took her to 11th and Locust and raped her.
The second case Mills is charged with is very similar.
In court today, Mills reportedly admitted to prostitution deals using a gun.
In both cases, the women identified Mills in a photo line-up as their attacker. That’s how Pottawatamie County linked Mills today in a separate sexual assault.
